A fun fact from Jastrzębia Góra
Where was Piłsudski at Jastrzębska beach?
It was here, surrounded by nature, that he could rest from the hustle of politics and recharge. In memory of the Marshal's special affection for this part of the coast, by the villa Mewa towering over Jastrzębska beach, stands a wooden sculpture of Józef Piłsudski.
The location is not accidental, as the villa was once gifted to the Marshal's family by the founder of Jastrzębia Góra, Jerzy Osmołowski.
Piłsudski himself probably stayed there during his seaside vacation in 1929.
We hope that just as Marshal Piłsudski,
our Guests in Jastrzębia will find respite from everyday life,
and like us, they will fall in love with this place.
