§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

    1. performance of a contract or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – inquiry about completing a survey or answering several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, however necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., performance of contract, answering inquiries, tax regulations etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and maintain teleinformatics systems with whom we have concluded relevant agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. These data are not shared and none of these companies has the right to process data other than specified in the agreement. If the company has access to your data, it may only be processed for the purpose of proper service delivery.
